🎯 The Goal

TallyUp is a math puzzle game. Each round gives you an equation with blank tiles and a target answer. Fill the blanks using the number pool below the equation so the completed equation equals the target - before the timer hits zero.

▶ How to Play

• Tap a number from the pool to place it in the first empty blank.
• Tap filled blanks to remove them and return numbers to the pool.
• Tap Clear All to reset all blanks at once.
• When the equation equals the target, the round solves automatically.
• No penalty for wrong arrangements - try freely.

🔢 Order of Operations

The game follows standard PEMDAS. Multiplication and division happen before addition and subtraction. A large number placed in a multiplication blank has much more impact than in an addition blank - use this to your advantage.

🏅 Awards

53 collectible badges across four categories. Every badge is shown in My Progress - Awards.

• 🔥 Streak Badges - Get 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 50, or 100 correct in a row. Each difficulty has its own set.
• 📅 Daily Badges - Answer 25, 50, 100, or 200 questions in one day on a specific difficulty.
• 💎 Lifetime Questions - 1, 1,000, 2,500, 5,000, 10,000, 25,000, and 50,000 total correct answers.
• ⏱ Time Played - 15, 30, 90, 300, 1,000, 5,000, and 10,000 minutes played.

LEGEND badges have a golden crown and gold glow border. They represent extraordinary achievement.

⚡ Difficulty Levels

Guests play Easy only. Free accounts unlock all four. Hard and Extreme give a 10-second grace period at the start of each round.

🏆 TP and Levels

Every correct answer earns TallyUp Points (TP) - same value as the difficulty. Easy = 1 TP, Medium = 2, Hard = 3, Extreme = 5. TP accumulates permanently and never resets. It powers a level system with 63 levels across 21 ranks — from Novice I all the way up to Infinite III at 1,000,000 TP. Each rank has three tiers (I, II, III). Your current rank and a progress bar are always visible in the header — tap them to see the full level table and how far you've come!

📋 Daily Quests

Three fresh quests every midnight. Goals include answering questions at specific difficulties, building streaks, or completing Speed Challenges. Each quest earns bonus TP. Complete all three to earn a Loot Box.

🎁 Loot Boxes

Pop up when you hit milestones - completing daily quests or reaching TP thresholds. Each box contains a random reward: 25 to 200 bonus TP, a Double TP boost for your next 10 correct answers, or a Streak Shield. Active power-ups show in the Quests tab and in the game row during play.

🛡 Power-ups

• Double TP - Next N correct answers earn 2x TP. Counter shows in the game row and counts down live.
• Streak Shield - Protects your streak once when it is at 2 or higher. A wrong answer is absorbed without breaking the streak. Consumed after use. Does not work in multiplayer.

📊 My Progress

Tap 📊 in the footer to open My Progress. Seven tabs:

• Today - All of today's questions and results.
• Past - Full session history across all days (Pro).
• Analytics - Performance charts with PDF download (Pro).
• Challenges - Speed Challenge history (Pro).
• Awards - All 53 badges with progress.
• Quests - Daily quests and active power-ups.
• TP and Level - Level, rank, and today's TP breakdown.

⚡ Speed Challenge (Pro)

Tap the lightning bolt in the footer. Choose a role: Solo, Host, or Join. Pick 3, 5, 10, or 15 minutes. Two modes available:

Challenges cannot be paused

Speed Challenges run on a fixed countdown and cannot be paused or interrupted. Solo challenges can be stopped early using the stop button and results are saved. Multiplayer challenges cannot be stopped once started.

⏱ Timer and Pause

Tap the timer ring to pause a regular game. The ring turns yellow below 40 percent and red below 20 percent. Easy and Medium have a 5-second grace period at the start of each round. Hard and Extreme give 10 seconds. Challenges cannot be paused.

⏩ Skip and Stop

Tap Skip to skip a round. Skipping deducts half the TP value for that difficulty and resets your streak. The Stop button in the footer ends the session and saves results - it is not a pause button.

🔐 Accounts

Guests play Easy only with no saved progress. A free account unlocks all four difficulties, awards, daily quests, TP and levels, and loot boxes. Pro unlocks full history, analytics, and Speed Challenges at $2.99/month. Sign out using the power button in the top right.

💡 Tips

• PEMDAS matters most in Hard and Extreme - place high numbers in multiplication or exponent positions.
• No penalty for wrong guesses - try every arrangement freely.
• Use Clear All to reset quickly when stuck.
• Complete all three daily quests every day to maximize your Loot Box rewards.
• Check Analytics to see which difficulty you improve fastest on.
• In Battle Mode, answer fast - every second your opponent might be draining your HP.
